With the freezing rain and Quebec snowstorms, we decided to offer our customers a tailor-made solution to their needs. The concept is simple, excavating, compacting, insulating, caulking the bespoke slabs, installing the reinforcement with the heating wires and pouring the concrete.

The balconies have a precipitation sensor allowing you to leave them in automatic mode and an On/Off switch for manual mode. So you can activate them manually 4 to 5 times a winter and take full advantage of your investment, whether to melt the ice or to help you with the big storms, our heated balconies are there and always very much appreciated by our customers and your animals.
